Set a Sales Goal
"We need to raise $2,500 for new equipment this year."
Defining the sales goal will help determine how many coffee bags each player needs to sell. Every team should aim for the Platinum, $6.00 profit per bag level. To reach this level, the team must sell over 500 bags of coffee. This goal is realistic for groups looking to raise over $3,000.
Most Importantly! Ensure the players and parents are on the same page and know why the team needs the funds. Having the full support of everyone will make this enjoyable, and you'll quickly reach your goal.

You might be surprised by the answer if you are looking for the most profitable team fundraiser. Yes, offering a private-label coffee your team can sell and call its own could be it. A coffee fundraiser is highly profitable and easy to launch multiple times a year.
However, the best fundraising idea is about setting a clear sales goal. The sales goal and full team support are much more critical than searching the internet for the magical, most profitable team fundraising idea.
Share your goal with us. The value that our dedicated staff of fundraising specialists can offer you is to make this quick and easy. Please tell us how much you need to make, and we will work with you to accomplish that goal.
Once you sell over 500 bags of coffee, your profit-sharing level increases to the platinum level. Reaching this goal can raise over $3000 for the team.
To get an idea of how much you can make, divide the number of players by the goal. Let's say you have 40 people who will be selling. Each player must sell 15 bags to push you over the 500-bag profit level. So ask each player to sell 15 bags of coffee.
In this example, your team could raise $3,600. After you've done this once, consider doing it a few times a year. So the ball is in your court! How much do you need to make?
