How it Works

The setup is quick and easy.

Set a sales goal and start pre-selling the coffee. You collect the funds. Once you hit your sales goal, contact us and let us know how much coffee you need so we can prepare the order.

Defining the sales goal will help determine how many coffee bags each player needs to sell. Every team should aim for the Platinum, $6.00 profit per bag level. To reach this level, the team must sell over 500 bags of coffee. This goal is realistic for groups looking to raise over $3,000.

Most Importantly! Ensure the players and parents are on the same page and know why the team needs the funds. Having the full support of everyone will make this enjoyable, and you'll quickly reach your goal.

The amount of bags you sell will determine your profit level.

Selling the Coffee

Pre-sell and collect the funds by reaching out to family, friends, and co-workers. Post on social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) to meet your goal.

Ordering the Coffee

Once you reach your sales goal and your order has been is placed, payment is due. At this point, we will prepare your order and start roasting. Our standard production time is two weeks. Upon completion, we will provide the UPS tracking information.
