Set a Sales Goal
"We need to raise $2,500 for new equipment this year."
Defining the sales goal will help determine how many coffee bags each player needs to sell. Every team should aim for the Platinum, $6.00 profit per bag level. To reach this level, the team must sell over 500 bags of coffee. This goal is realistic for groups looking to raise over $3,000.
Most Importantly! Ensure the players and parents are on the same page and know why the team needs the funds. Having the full support of everyone will make this enjoyable, and you'll quickly reach your goal.

To get an idea of how much you can make, divide the number of players by the goal. Let's say you have 40 people who will be selling. Each player must sell 15 bags to push you over the 500-bag profit level. So ask each player to sell 15 bags of coffee.
In this example, your Jr. High or High School could raise $3,600. After you've done this once, consider doing it a few times a year. So the ball is in your court! How much do you need to make?
